- Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other circumstances. - Misuse of Booking System
Any misuse of the booking system—including unauthorized multiple bookings, false information, or fraudulent activity—will result in immediate cancellation without notice. - Event Changes or Cancellations
SMA reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered attendees will be notified. - Limitation of Liability
SMA and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. - Photography and Videography Consent
By attending, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded. These may be used for SMA promotional purposes across print, social, and digital media.
If you have concerns, please notify the organizers in advance.

SMA members: Please apply your registered email ID in the Discount Code tab at checkout to receive $10 off per ticket.
🔺️ Ticket prices will increase by $5 after May 7th, 2025, at midnight
